De Sede "Model DS-600"

Named after a mythical alpine creature, the Tatzelwurm, the DS-600 has embodied the De Sede lifestyle for 50 years. With its modular elements that can be extended to suit every individual taste, it has traveled the world and even found its place in the Guinness Book of Records as the world's longest sofa.

Launched in 1972, the DS-600 is a variable, indestructible modular system of upholstered furniture consisting of individual, add-on armchair elements. These consist of an L-shaped hard foam core covered with a leather-covered cushion. The elements are connected by a snap-on hinge and leather and zipper construction. The stool element complements the famous snake-shaped seat with an intermediate module and an end module.
